1. Define your brief
Start with three things: your target retail price, the silhouettes that define your brand, and the customer you want to dress. Even a one-page Pinterest mood board is enough to brief our pattern team.
2. Tech pack & sample development
We turn your brief into a full tech pack: pattern measurements, fabric, hardware, wash recipe, and packaging spec. First samples are typically ready in 7–10 days.
- Standard sample fee, refundable on bulk PO.
- Up to 3 fit revisions included.
- Wash test swatches reviewed before bulk approval.
3. Bulk production
Bulk MOQ starts at 200 pcs per style for OEM development. Lead time runs 15–30 days depending on wash complexity, hardware availability, and quantity.
4. QC, packing, and ship out
Each carton is inspected against an AQL plan and packaged to your retail spec. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms with our partner forwarders.
Tip: lock down hardware (rivets, buttons, labels) early. Lead time on hardware is what most often delays a denim program.
