Wash is what gives a pair of jeans its personality. Two pairs cut from the same fabric can read completely differently after a few days in our wash plant. Here is a quick tour of the techniques our wholesale partners ask for most.
Rinse / one wash
The simplest finish: garments are washed once to relax the fabric and stabilize shrinkage. Color stays close to the raw indigo, ideal for premium minimalist brands.
Stone & enzyme wash
The classic vintage look. Pumice stones (or enzymes for a softer hand) abrade the surface, opening up highlights along seams and natural creases.
Laser & ozone fading
Modern, water-saving alternatives. We program whisker patterns and 3D fades digitally; ozone bleaches without harsh chemistry.
- Up to 70% less water than traditional bleach.
- Repeatable, photo-perfect fade patterns.
- Cleaner indoor air for our operators.
Black-on-black & coated
Cold-pigment dyeing for deep blacks; PU and resin coatings for that wet, leather-like denim feel that has been moving fast in 2025/2026 capsules.
Choosing a wash
If you are trialing a new wash, we recommend ordering a small ready-stock test capsule first. Mix 2–3 wash levels in the same cut to see which sells through fastest in your store before committing to bulk.
